Rules for Listimo partners

No cold emails. Only send promotional emails with your promo link to people who have agreed in advance to receive marketing from you. This also applies to businesses and sellers, and to text and messenger messages.

Liability. You promote Listimo on your own responsibility. If you breach the rules or the law through your own fault, you are liable yourself and indemnify Listimo against third-party claims, for example from cease-and-desist letters.

All rules on the partner page apply as well (for example no ads on the brand “Listimo”, no invented success figures, clear affiliate disclosure).
